Returns & Exchanges
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, except for the following items which cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:
Personalised or customised orders
Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
I aim to post all items within 5 business days by Royal Mail 1st class, or if the value is over £40.00 your order will be posted 1st class signed for with proof of postage by Royal Mail.
As a rurally based business I am unable to get to my local post office on a daily basis. If for any reason your order cannot be posted within 5 business days I will notify you of this as soon as possible with the revised date of postage.
I am also happy to post my Peonie Cole products abroad. For a quote for shipping outside the UK please contact me by email with your details. I am not responsible for any customs and import charges or delays at customs.
Peonie Cole products are individually handmade making each order unique, the majority are also made to order.
Please note there may be very slight differences between your order and the pictures shown on our website or social media pages.
